Structure of Air Dryer – JMEC
• Compressor lock: is responsible for compressing the circulating gas in the system

Operating principle of the JMEC air dryer:
Hot and humid compressed air enters the outdoor unit of the jmec air dryer, where the compressed air is absorbed by the fan, reducing the temperature by a part. Then the compressed air is led to the heat exchanger, the cold gas system exchanges with the compressed air, bringing the dew point temperature from 2 to 15 degrees Celsius. Low temperature causes the steam to condense and through the water trap. Drain valve automatically discharges to the outside environment. The optimal point of the JMEC air dryer is that the thermal balance, before the compressed air out of the system, the cold compressed air is in contact with the heating element to increase the compressed air temperature to almost the same as the ambient temperature. This keeps the compressed air at a temperature that is not too cold when it enters the production line, preventing the gas pipeline from “sweating”.

JMEC Air Dryer Advantages:
– The hot air intake fan heatsinks upwards to help circulate hot air to cool down in the engine room. In addition, the arrangement of the suction fan pushes the heat upwards, so many air dryers can be designed in parallel.
– Large heater of the machine helps to cool down the input gas and compressed air (role as 1 after cooler).
